This Policy describes how Elevation Sport (the "Platform") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information from its users and associated profiles (Organizations, Coaches, Athletes and Guardians).
1. Data We Collect
- Datos de registro: name, email, password (encrypted), role within the Organization.
- Datos de atletas: name, last name, age, basic contact information (when applicable).
- Datos de acudientes: name, relationship with the athlete, contact information.
- Datos de uso: training records, attendance, interactions within the Platform.
- Datos técnicos: IP address, browser, device and cookies necessary for basic operation.
2. Data Usage
We use the data to:
- Provide sports management services (organizations, clubs, training, attendance).
- Manage accounts and roles (Owners, Admins, Coaches, Guardians, Athletes).
- Allow invitations and access to profiles of adult athletes or minors under authorized guardians.
- Improve user experience and Platform security.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., protection of minors' data).
3. Treatment of Minors' Data
Registration of minor athletes can only be done through a guardian (parent, family member or authorized legal guardian). The guardian declares having the legal authority to authorize the use of the Platform and the processing of the minor's data.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
- Consentimiento from the user or guardian in the case of minors.

- Interés legítimo: improve security, prevent fraud and optimize experience.
- Obligación legal: compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Storage and Retention
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with security rules (RLS) and role-based access controls. We retain data only as long as necessary for the described purposes or as required by law. Data may be anonymized or deleted when no longer necessary.
6. Data Sharing
- We do not sell personal information to third parties.
- Data is only shared with strictly necessary technology providers (e.g., hosting, email, storage).
- Organizations (Owners and Admins) have access to data from athletes and guardians associated with their club.
7. User Rights
According to applicable legislation, you can:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction or update.
- Request deletion or anonymization of your data.
- Revoke consent granted at any time.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (encryption, access control, auditing). However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend maintaining strong passwords and reporting incidents.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. When there is a substantial change, we will notify users within the Platform or by electronic means. Subsequent use implies acceptance of the updated version.
